WOYWD Wednesday 47

Thank you for all the lovely comments and encouragement I had from all my visitors last week, as you can see from the pictures I have managed to clear my space quite a lot. Someone asked what the awards were on the cabinet, well the cabinet is the fridge and the awards are for my daughter from school.

As you can see I have trimmed my ribbon collection severely as I read a fab tip from Joanna Sheen who now just keeps white, cream and black ribbon as she colours the ribbon whatever colour she wants using pro markers. I can pinch a good idea as fast as anyone so that's what I'm working at getting my ribbons to. I have packaged all my old ones up to send to a lovely crafter Leigh who does all her crafting for charity so I can't think of a better place for them.
I've now got all my brad and bling towers neatly tucked away, my cuttlebug shapes, flowers and adhesive stones nice and tidy and my pro markers are in pride of place.

I was lucky enough to go the the Show at Aintree on Friday and got a pack of five markers for five pounds, so I got five packs. I cut little circles with the robo using adhesive paper and coloured them with the marker so I can see what colour I'm looking for.

I'm trying out a Big Bite from the local QVC shop but I don't know if I will keep it, it has been very useful though for creating some templates to use with adhesive stones.
Well that's it for this week, hopefully I will be more creative next week and I'm looking forward to having a browse around your spaces too.

Nice that you can try before you buy! I like your notepad next to the big bite too. You sure got a bargain with the PMs. Like the 'feel' of your space!

I love the ribbon idea. I may have to use that one, since I have trouble finding decent storage for my ribbon. Your storage area is very nicely put together, with everything in easy reach.

I've never even seen the Promarkers, so I assume you got a good bargain. Sounds like you have really added to your stash by getting five packs. Hope your WOYWW was enjoyable this week. I have had a hard time getting to everyone in a timely manner, so I hope you will forgive my tardiness.

Wow you have had a tidy and reorganization. I have just come to the colour conclusion too. On lace,TH inks colour well and so does glimmer mist and a lot of other agents too. I used to spend ages hunting for the right lace ...and then a friend showed me some amazing colours she had produced. (Vicki on here)
