Whats On Your Workdesk? Wednesday 237

Wow it's been a long time since I posted anything so the best way to get back into blogging is to join in with sharing my desk with you all. You can join in too at Julia's lovely blog. This is my desk this morning. The pillow boxes are ready to be cut out to drop some lovely earrings into.

Sorry this one is a bit blurry, these are my new Spectrum Noir pens I got for my birthday recently.
I had a bit of a play with my new pens yesterday, not too happy with the flowers but I think they are too small to practise with, that's my excuse any way. I am quite pleased with the little boy stamp though.

This is a close up of the little boy I coloured, without realising it I used the colours of our local rugby team the Wolves.

Thank you for popping by, any comments you are kind enough to leave are greatly appreciated. I will visit as many of you as I can. I am hoping to get back to blogging on a fairly regular basis next year.

Great pillow boxes, I assume you printed them. I have just bought a new printer so I might be able to do that soon (when I work it out!). Great colouring, I'm not a colourer-in person so am greatly impressed by those who do. Thanks for visiting me already BJ#35

Sweet pillow boxes. What a great pen set, I've a few of these but haven't mastered the blending yet. Now that the push for Christmas cards has ended I'll have to get back to practicing.
Merry Christmas and thanks for stopping by

Ohh, wonderful job coloring! I think the flowers are lovely, smaller images can be a challenge because the ink moves (at least with Copics). I end up putting on readers when I'm coloring smaller images to that I don't go too close to the edges lol!

That's a great image there! We're a rugby family and it is so difficult to find appropriate pictures because they are mostly football! Lucky you with your birthday pens. Enjoy! Merry Christmas #41

Outstanding colouring. Cute image too. And yes, sorting out is good for the soul but eats in to crafting time...not to mention the lost time trying to recall where something 's NEW HOME is :) Put it off a while longer if you can't deal with that lost time!
Sorry to be late but now I can get to my desk, it's commenting time - pop back to see my tidy-up 85% done....

Happy last WOYWW before Christmas!

I'm starting to see the Spectrum Noirs on a lot of blogs. Keep practicing, that's definitely the key to it all. I got Prisma pencils last Christmas and have coloured with them all year, it's taken quite a while to get comfortable but the results are now worth it. This is the card I made for my nephew, I posted it today in a separate post.
